So long whitey...

Today I said goodbye to my alero after 8 years. I loved this car. My hubby helped me buy this car when were dating and it was my first big purchase. I hope the new owner enjoys it as much as I did and appreciates the 33 mpg. A young lady, newly graduated purchased it. She is the daughter of a friend of mine and it is her first car. It's a great little car and I will miss it. So long whitey and thank you for the 165,000 reliable miles...

12 Steps and Counting...

This little lady had a very BIG day today!  She took 12 steps consecutively!  I'm not sure if I'm happy or sad about this...happy because it means she is growing and sad because it means she is growing!  She was so proud of herself and I was too!  She will be 11 mos on the 6th.  B started walking exactly one day after his first birthday so she is a little earlier but she has a big brother to catch up with and to follow. It's hard to believe I am starting to plan her first birthday...where has the time gone and can it slow down please??
